Scam and fraud warning

Recently, the Embassy of S.R. Vietnam in Washington D.C. has been notified of a number of telephone scammers, who have impersonated the Consulate-Generals of Vietnam in San Francisco and Houston to request the recipients to provide their personal information and/or documentation for possible identity theft and fraud.
