More than 20,000 businesses after Enterprise Law
Ha Noi, August 19 (VNA)-- More than 20,000 businesses have been set up across the country since the Enterprise Law came into effect on Jan.1, 2000.
The new businesses' registered capital totals more than VND 24,000 billion (roughly USD 1,655 million). In addition, thousands of pre-Enterprise Law entities have received permits for additional industries or services.
Economists, however, proposed for removing obstacles from the licence-granting procedure as well as smoothing out some problems in regulating the Company Rules, changing businesse licences, and financial reporting .--VNA
