52,700 non-state establishments operate nationwide
Ha Noi, July 28 (VNA) -- As many as 52,700 non-State establishments have been operating in Viet Nam under the implementation of socialization of education, healthcare, culture, and sports, according to a survey released by the Finance Ministry.
Of the figure, the education and training sector has more than 5,000 people-funded establishments, accounting for 10 percent; the healthcare sector has more than 28,000 establishments, 53 percent; the culture sector has nearly 7,700, accounting for 14 percent; and the physical training and sports sector has about 12,000 private establishment, accounting for 23 percent.
Almost all private establishments are solvent and profit making.--VNA
