APEC 14 to witness deeper co-operation: President Triet

Vietnam has said it supports the United Nations General Assembly’s decision to approve Ban Ki-Moon, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK), as next UN secretary general.

At a meeting between Ban Ki-Moon and representatives of Asian countries to the UN Wednesday, Vietnamese Permanent Representative to the UN Le Luong Minh welcomed the nomination.
