Finance Ministry, Microsoft Cozy Up

The ministry pledged to use copyrighted software and follow a roadmap which envisages, in the 2006-2009 period, to buying 15,000-20,000 Microsoft Office packages for use in the financial industry.

The US company promised to cut prices for the scheme through its authorized distributors in the country.
